Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport, Schiphol - Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

All in all everything was good, had a really nice stay for one night. The staff was willing to help throughout the stay. The hotel had a secluded location by local transport. Moreover, it was just off Close to airport station as well as the downtown. Was a great base for trip.

The location it offers is unbeatable, next to the runway, shops around and Schipol airport. The rooms are huge and impeccably clean and have awesome view on a park.

Large rooms, clean, free airport transfer every 40 minutes.

Furniture and plumbing is not the first fresh, the air conditioning was not working on heat.

the location of the hotel was secluded, just off the airport and shuttle bus and the airport station/the train station. it also was completely away from everything. the breakfast was savoury and free with abundance of tasty products.

Business room was as described, and floorspace was adequate for a short stay.

The restaurant food was of poor quality, and you are captive at the hotel as it is situated in the middle of a business park.There is not an atm in the hotel, and I was directed back to the airport if I needed cash.The front desk did not offer any cashing facility. I pre-ordered a taxi to take me into central Amsterdam for the following morning, for which the order was never received, and had to re-order the following morning making me late for my meeting. I specifically requested a shaving kit be placed into the room, which was not provided forcing me down to reception whilst they hunted around for a disposable razor. The mini-bar fridge in the room whined to such an extent, that I had to unplug from the wall socket just to get some sleep, and the air conditioning wheezed it's way to 20 degrees centigrade, but again was so noisy that I had to turn it off. The buffet breakfast choice was of poor quality, and the supposed hot choices were actually cold

The hotel location, the shuttle service and the breakfast was excellent.

The 4* hotel itself is way over price. Service's as per hotel is very poor. I booked a triple business room for 3 with the extras that comes with the room. But instead I got a basic twin/bed room with the extras for one person. What is very disappointing is that you dont get what you see and book online and as a Radisson Blu Hotel it is a very poor situation. Overall this is not a 4* hotel. I have stayed at better hotels and you get what you pay. This hotel will be off my list for future stays.

Its convenient location is a plus and the shuttle pick up every half an hour was an added bonus. The room was really quite too.

The shuttle timing is unreliable!!! The surrounding area lacks good dining options, forcing guests to rely heavily on the hotel restaurant, which can lead to poor experiences. Room decor feels outdated, needing refreshing attention!!!
